Originating from Encarnación, Ocotepeque, this coffee is the product of AOPCAFEH, a cooperative founded in 2017 to combat coffee smuggling and create sustainable livelihoods for local farmers. By 2020, the cooperative achieved organic certification, opening access to international markets and benefiting over 100 members and their families.

AOPCAFEH continues to prioritise sustainability, working toward Rainforest Alliance certification while providing members with training and agronomist support. These efforts ensure high-quality coffee production while supporting the environment and local communities.
