Nestled in the foothills of the Southern Alps, KOFFIE is a family-owned and operated coffee roastery. Originating from the Netherlands, we thought it was fitting to name our business KOFFIE, which means “coffee” in Dutch.

We only use ethically and sustainably sourced green beans, and roast them with care in our ROEST Coffee Roaster to give you the best coffee experience possible. Our business is passionate about coffee and dedicated to getting every step just right: from selecting the beans to roasting them to perfection. 

After roasting we lovingly pack our beans to keep them fresh and tasting their best. Freshness is key to unlocking the full flavour and aroma of the coffee. 

After you place your order with us, we roast your beans and ship them out ASAP. We roast fresh every week and deliver all across Wanaka!

For the perfect cup, grind your beans at home just before brewing. This will keep your beans flavour intact. The grind size matters too - we recommend a finer grind for a more flavourful extraction, while a coarse grind for a slower brewing method. Here at KOFFIE we can grind your beans to your favourite size if you need.
