With a KOFFIE Subscription, you’ll never run out of coffee again. Select your preferred bag size, whole beans or ground and roast, and we’ll take care of the rest. Every batch is freshly roasted and packed with care to ensure you enjoy the best possible flavour in every cup.

How It Works

1. Choose your coffee and delivery frequency
Pick your favourite blend or single origin coffee, then choose how often you'd like it delivered — weekly or monthly.

2. Choose your bag size
Available in sizes to suit every coffee drinker, from daily brews to busy offices or households.

3. Select whole beans or ground
We can grind the beans for you, from coarse to fine (plunger to espresso).

4. Subscribe After selecting your options, head over to the shopping cart where you enter your details, shipping address and payment options. Click confirm your subscription and set up a password to start your account.

By clicking subscribe, you agree to your subscription auto-renewing each month (payments will automatically be deducted) unless you log into your account and change your details.

This account can be accessed at any time by logging into our website. You can see the ‘account Login’ at the top of our website’s navigation bar. If you ever need to cancel or change your details you can do so here at anytime. For rescheduling, please contact us!

We can’t refund or stop an order that has already been shipped to you. The cancellation must be done before the processing date which will be highlighted in your account.

Coffee Availability
Coffee is a seasonal agricultural product, and availability can vary throughout the year. While we always aim to supply the coffees listed in our subscriptions, occasionally a particular lot may become unavailable without notice. When this happens, we may substitute it with a similar coffee of comparable quality, flavour profile, and roast style to ensure your subscription continues uninterrupted.

Details your account shows

Purchase history: - A record of all your transactions.

Billing information: -This is securely encrypted into the site and can only be seen when you login. You need to keep these details up to date for the subscription to role over each week.

Subscription details: - Login to confirm your items. Here you can cancel your subscription, and keep your delivery address up to date.

You can review your account information by clicking Account in the navigation. A menu opens on the right where you can select one of the following:

  • Memberships - View and manage your memberships

  • Orders - View your orders

  • Subscriptions - View and manage your subscriptions

  • Payment - View and update your billing information

  • Address - View and update shipping addresses for future one-time orders. To change the shipping address for subscriptions, you must cancel the subscription and resubscribe using different shipping details.

  • Profile - View and update your name, password, or email address

Freshness Matters

At KOFFIE, freshness is at the heart of great coffee.

All subscription coffees are freshly roasted and carefully packed to preserve flavour and aroma. Freshly roasted coffee naturally needs time to rest and degas (release trapped carbon dioxide), allowing flavours to settle and develop.

Recommended resting times:

  • Filter / Plunger / Pour Over: Best enjoyed from 4–7 days after roast

  • Espresso: Best enjoyed from 7–14 days after roast

Espresso generally performs best after resting a little longer, helping create a sweeter, more balanced extraction and improved consistency.
