Welcome to Koffie. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Products

Koffie roasts specialty coffee in small batches. As coffee is an agricultural product, flavour profiles and availability may vary between harvests, origins and roast batches.

Product images are for illustration purposes only and packaging may vary.

Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in NZD (no GST).

Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if products become unavailable, pricing errors occur, or payment cannot be processed.

Payment must be received before orders are roasted and dispatched.

Fresh Roasting & Dispatch

Coffee is roasted in small batches for freshness. Orders are generally roasted and dispatched within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Dispatch times may vary during busy periods, holidays or limited releases.

Shipping

Roasting & Dispatch

At Koffie, all coffee is roasted in small batches for freshness. All bags display a roast date.

Orders are generally roasted and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier services. Rural deliveries may take longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services and rural delivery areas.

Koffie is not responsible for courier delays once orders have been dispatched.

Tracking details will be provided once orders are dispatched.

Pickup

Pickup is available from Wanaka by arrangement. Customers will be notified when orders are ready.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Koffie will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.
